Eos Article Published on Five Key Needs for Addressing Flood Injustice

A group of UArizona researchers has published a new article in Eos titled Five Key Needs for Addressing Flood Injustice. The author working group, in partnership with the Arizona Institute for Resilience (AIR) and the Center for Climate Adaptation Science and Solutions (CCASS), held the first Flood Justice Symposium at the University of Arizona in April 2023. During the 2-day symposium, participants identified five key priorities that could be helped by increased research and civil engagement. This article highlights the important contributions from the flood justice working group, as well as the insights heard during the Symposium.
