Increases in air temperatures in recent decades have contributed to the incidence of coffee leaf rust (CLR), a fungus that attacks this important Jamaican crop.  This International Research and Applications Project seeks to help Blue Mountain coffee farmers build resilience to CLR by assessing barriers to its management, analyzing weather and climate risks and forecasting capabilities, using climate science assessment to develop relevant climate services; and evaluating the effectiveness of the climate services provided.
