Description: Join the AZ Cross Watershed Network for a lunchtime discussion to learn about green infrastructure efforts in Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff; the important role of green infrastructure in watershed management; and dive into lessons and innovative solutions to implementing green infrastructure in Arizona. This panel will focus on how three urban environments across Arizona are: 1) addressing emergency conditions such as fire and flooding, 2) mitigating impacts of drought/climate change, and 3) ensuring adequate water supply for both municipalities and the environment.
