As part of the School of Landscape Architecture and Planning Lecture Series, please join us for a special guest lecture with Philip Berke, PhD, from Texas A&M University. Philip works at the intersection of land use planning, urban ecology and community resilience to environmental hazards. He is currently leading field teams to study urban resilience to flooding in Holland and six cities on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.
